Fair Use Policy

Kleveroo includes AI board generation on paid plans. Each generation runs a real language model on our infrastructure, so to keep the service sustainable for everyone we apply the following limits.

The limits

• Free plan: AI board generation is not included. Manual board creation, hosting and live trivia stay free for everyone.
• Kleveroo+ ($9.99/mo): up to 10 AI boards per calendar month(resets on the 1st, UTC).
• Kleveroo Unlimited ($29.99/mo):up to 15 AI boards per day(resets at 00:00 UTC) — this is what we mean by "unlimited" in normal use.
• Throttle (all paid tiers):one generation every 20 seconds. Prevents accidental double-clicks and scripted bursts.

Why a daily cap on Unlimited?

15 boards/day is well above what any human realistically uses — that's 75 categories and 375 individual clues every single day. The cap exists purely to stop scripted or automated abuse that would push the underlying AI cost above the value of the subscription, and to keep Kleveroo Unlimited priced at $29.99 for everyone.

If you have a legitimate use case that requires more than 15 boards/day (classroom use, content production, etc.), get in touchand we'll work something out.

Other rules

• No reselling or redistributing AI-generated boards as a paid product without permission.
• No automated scraping, scripting or bots interacting with the generator.
• Boards published to the community must follow our community guidelines (no hateful, harassing, or sexual content).
• We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that abuse these limits or attempt to bypass them.

We may update these limits as our costs and the underlying models change. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days in advance.
